About the Role

We’re looking for a practical, disciplined Full Stack Developer (Node.js) who enjoys building reliable systems, writing clean code, and taking ownership of real-world applications. This role is ideal for someone who values process, clarity, and long-term product thinking over shortcuts.

You’ll work closely with the core team on scalable web applications used in live financial and advisory environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable solutions

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Node.js-based applications

  • Follow structured development and project management processes

  • Write readable, well-documented, and testable code

  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and operations teams

  • Troubleshoot issues and improve performance, security, and reliability


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js

  • Working knowledge of Nuxt.js / Vue.js (or equivalent frontend framework)

  • Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL preferred)

  • Ability to write clean, structured, and documented code

Role Overview

This is a core advisory role, not a sales position. You will work closely with long-term investors, helping them structure, review, and stay disciplined with their financial plans across market cycles.

We are looking for someone who values clarity, process, and responsibility over shortcuts or hype.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning and portfolio reviews

  • Understand client goals, risk appetite, time horizon, and constraints

  • Recommend asset allocation across mutual funds, debt, and protection products

  • Guide clients during market volatility with a long-term, risk-aware approach

  • Review existing portfolios and identify gaps, overlaps, and concentration risks

  • Coordinate with operations and servicing teams for smooth execution

  • Maintain high ethical and compliance standards at all times

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, asset allocation, and risk management

  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients

Role Overview

This role ensures continuity, trust, and smooth experience for clients after onboarding. You will be the key coordination point between clients, advisory, and operations.

This is not a sales role. It is a responsibility-driven service role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Handle service requests related to investments, statements, and documentation

  • Coordinate portfolio updates, review schedules, and follow-ups

  • Assist NRIs and resident clients with process-related queries

  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns

  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs

  • Work closely with advisory and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing / relationship roles

This role is the backbone of the firm. You will ensure that every transaction, document, and process is compliant, accurate, and well-tracked.

  • Manage MF operations, transactions, and reconciliations

  • Handle KYC, FATCA, and compliance documentation

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal process guidelines

  • Maintain operational checklists and controls

  • Coordinate with RTAs, platforms, and vendors

  • Support audits, reporting, and internal reviews

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in MF operations / back-office

Role Overview

This is a core execution and operations role, not a sales position. You will be responsible for placing trades strictly as per client instructions and ensuring smooth, compliant handling of Demat & Trading operations.

We are looking for someone who values discipline, accuracy, and compliance over speed or shortcuts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute equity trades (cash & derivatives) on behalf of clients

  • Handle client orders with precision and timely execution

  • Ensure SEBI and broker compliance at all times

  • Maintain proper trade records, confirmations, and reporting

  • Support Demat account opening and onboarding process

  • Coordinate with back-office and relationship teams

  • Provide basic market and trade status updates to clients

  • Strictly avoid unauthorised trading under any circumstances


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of equity markets and trade execution

  • Familiarity with trading terminals (IIFL / ODIN preferred)

  • High level of operational accuracy and responsibility

  • Ability to work in a compliance-first environment


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as an Equity Dealer / Sub-broker Dealer

  • NISM VIII Certification preferred (or willingness to complete)
